Delivery Time

Inside Dhaka:

Estimated delivery time: 1–3 working days

Outside Dhaka:

Estimated delivery time: 2–5 working days

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Weather or natural issues

  • Courier company delays

  • Remote area access

  • National holidays

Delivery Charges

Inside Dhaka:

  • 60–80 Tk (Depending on product size/weight)

Outside Dhaka:

  • 100–130 Tk (Depending on product size/weight)

Cash on Delivery (COD) available nationwide.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM are processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM are processed the next working day.

  • Orders are not processed on Fridays or national holidays.

COD is available in most areas.
The courier may contact you before delivery.

 Prepaid Orders

For prepaid orders:

  • Full payment must be confirmed before shipping.

  • We use secured payment gateways for online payments.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If a package is lost or damaged during transit:
