We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Personal items (e.g., innerwear, cosmetics, perfumes)

  • Clearance sale / flash sale items

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

  • Gifts or promotional items

Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp / Phone / Email within 48 hours

  2. Provide:

    • Order ID

    • Product photo

    • Packaging photo

    • Reason for return

  3. Our team will review your request

  4. If approved, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to send the item back

Return shipping charges:

  • If the product is wrong/damaged → We pay the return charge

  • If you want to change color/size → Customer pays the return charge

 Replacement Policy

We offer replacement in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Damaged item received

  • Manufacturing defect

  • Missing product or accessories

Replacement will be approved after verifying the returned product.
If replacement is not available, we will offer:

  • Store credit OR

  • Refund (if applicable)

Refund Policy

Refunds apply only if:

  • Replacement is not possible

  • Product is out of stock

  • Order was canceled before shipping

  • Delivery fails due to our system error

Refund Time:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days

  • Refund will be sent via Bkash/Nagad/Bank depending on the original payment method

Delivery charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we delivered the wrong or defective product.

 Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order:

  • Within 1 hour of placing the order

  • Before the product has been shipped

Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

We may cancel orders if:

  • Product is out of stock

  • Incorrect address or phone number

  • Payment not verified

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

Exchange Policy

Exchange is allowed only for:

  • Size issues
